If for any reason you change your mind, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt. We offer refunds, exchanges and store credits under the following conditions:
RETURN CONDITION
Item(s) must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with tags attached. If goods are returned despite these conditions, your return will be shipped back to you at an additional cost;
REFUNDS
Full price items are eligible for a full refund;
FULL PRICE
Full price items are eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit;
SALE ITEMS
Sale items or items purchased during a flash sale/promotional event are only eligible for store credit or exchange;
FINAL SALE
Item(s) marked "final sale - no returns or exchanges" are not returnable. If goods are returned despite this policy, the items will be shipped back to you at an additional cost;
PROMOTIONAL CODE
Orders placed with a promotional code that gives a discount on the order (excluding our 10% welcome offer) are only eligible for store credit or exchange;
SWIMMING
All swimwear must be tried on wearing underwear, the protective hygiene strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered;
GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are non-returnable;
RETURN SHIPPING
We recommend that all items are tried on once received to ensure you can return items within the return period.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable and the cost of returned items is the responsibility of the customer. newgiftbox.shop accepts no responsibility for missed incoming deliveries of a return. We encourage you to return your item(s) via registered or trackable postal services as returns remain the responsibility of the customer until received by newgiftbox.shop.
RETURN PROCESSING TIME
We aim to process refunds daily, however please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email notification when our team has received your return and again when it has been processed.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by receiving a defective product. Please contact our customer service team at support@newgiftbox.shop with your order number and images of the error, and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
